DOW receives monthly reports summarizing system checks, sensor status, and alarm logs, along with a comprehensive annual report. TÜV-Nord approval extends inspection intervals, allowing the basin to remain operational without manual inspections for up to five years. Since 2020, this system has effectively reduced maintenance frequency and minimized costly downtime.

Proven Success – Leak Detected During Installation

The monitoring system has operated 24/7 since 2020, delivering continuous data to DOW. Remarkably, it detected its first leak during installation in dry conditions, enabling immediate corrective action before commissioning. No further anomalies have been recorded since its activation.

Future-Proof System with Modular Expansion

Texplor’s monitoring system is fully scalable. Additional multi-sensors for corrosion, movement, and other parameters can be integrated into the central TEX-Sky Monitoring Cloud. Similar expansions have already been implemented in other DOW projects. The more parameters available in the network, the more comprehensive the overall picture of the asset’s condition.
