HOW IT WORKS
WE FIND THE CAUSE OF WATER DAMAGE IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS
To provide our clients best support we check the construction plans of the building as well as the information about the history of the water damages.
Texplor’s mobile leak detection measurements are carried out in a grid either with the single-sensor leak detection method (EFT®) or with the multi-sensor method (FGM®).
Special software is used for the measurements and data evaluation.
The results are presented in a report and displayed for the client in the plan of the building section.
Our leak detection services do not include repair works.

EFT® LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY
EFT® (Electric Flux Tracking) is developed as a flexible single sensor method to investigate sealing structures like building joints, wall to bottom slab connections, cracks in bottom slabs and flat roofs with installations.
In simple terms, it is an electrical method to trace the water flow between the leaks in the building to the defect in the waterproofing.
FGM® LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY
The FGM® (Flexible Groundwater Monitoring) is an electrical multi-sensor technology to investigate groundwater movement in the sub-surface and to detect leaks in sealing systems.
We use this technology for surveying large areas with complex constructions.
It is a perfect method to detect water intrusions through leaks in vertical and horizontal concrete or steel constructions. Furthermore, it is applied for underground car parks, basins & reservoirs as well as industrial tanks.
