Your Tasks:
- Lead our geo-electrical leak detection projects – from planning to final reporting
- Guide and develop your team in day-to-day project operations
- Identify new projects, applications, and markets, and actively drive them forward
- Work closely with management on sales strategies and the expansion of the division
- Maintain direct communication with clients, partners, and decision-makers
- Present our technologies at trade fairs, client meetings, and within our network
Your Profile:
- Technical background (degree or vocational training in a relevant field)
- Experience in project management or similar responsibility
- Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and confident presence
- Technical understanding and a strong sense for market opportunities
- Excellent German skills, solid English – additional languages welcome
- Willingness to travel – across Germany and occasionally internationally
- Class B driving licence
