Detecting water leaks – precisely, consistently, and reliably.

Using our established geo-electrical measurement methods EFT® and FGM®, we locate leaks in structures and waterproofing systems – from private residential buildings to complex infrastructure and industrial projects. With approximately 300 projects annually across Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, the Texplor Group has extensive practical project experience.

We are expanding our leak detection team in Germany. We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently plan and organize our projects, coordinate our team in Potsdam, and take an active role in its continued development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the operational leadership and coordination of our leak detection team in Potsdam.
• Independently plan, organize, and manage geo-electrical leak detection projects from start to finish – from preparation and on-site operations to the final technical report.
• Coordinate team members, equipment, schedules, and field operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Regularly carry out field measurements alongside your team using our EFT® and FGM® systems.
• Analyze measurement data, prepare technical reports, and take responsibility for quality assurance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, managing projects from the initial inquiry through to completion.
• Continuously improve our workflows and make use of modern digital tools and AI-powered applications.
• Work closely with management and our international teams, supporting business development, trade fairs, and technical presentations.

Your Profile: 

• A degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysics, Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in independently planning, organizing, and delivering technical projects.
• Experience in providing technical leadership and coordinating employees or small project teams.
• A good understanding of structures, ground conditions, and technical drawings, ideally with experience in the construction, infrastructure, or geotechnical sector.
• Strong organizational skills, a structured working approach, and a willingness to take responsibility.
• Enjoyment of combining team leadership, project management, and hands-on field measurement work.
• Interest in modern digital tools, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher) and solid English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Category B driving licence.
